Dignity Therapy is a specialized therapeutic approach designed to enhance a sense of dignity, purpose, and meaning in the lives of individuals facing life-limiting illness or nearing the end of life. Dignity Therapy can provide a unique opportunity to preserve and honour personal legacies. As a certified Dignity Therapist, I help individuals reflect on their life experiences, accomplishments, and relationships that have shaped their identity.
Caregiver Stress
As a caregiver, you dedicate your time, energy, and love to supporting and caring for others. While this role can be deeply rewarding, it can also bring about significant stress, emotional strain, and a sense of feeling overwhelmed. I can help you develop coping strategies, self-care techniques, and effective ways to manage stress while navigating the demands of caregiving.
Aging
Older adults can sometimes experience anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and chronic illness. I have devoted my career to working with older adults and their families, and I offer personalized support to address a variety of concerns that often accompany aging. I can help older adults develop coping strategies that can improve their quality of life ~ using a holistic approach that considers all aspects of well-being.
